Use of Hall of Fame Display

Guidelines for the SWATA Hall of Fame and Educational Displays are as follows:

1. Send a written, faxed or e-mail request for display 30 days prior to use of display.
2. Person requesting display must provide address, home and work phone numbers.
3. Person requesting display must be familiar with set up and take down of display.
4. Display must be returned within five working days after event.
5. Request of display will be determined according to date of request.
6. Display will not be sent out during the SWATA or NATA convention dates.
7. Damage to display is the responsibility of the user.
8. The SWATA will be responsible for all shipping, handling, and insurance.

Send all requests to the appropriate Coordinator.
