Undergraduate Category: Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing for the upcoming academic year & enrolled in an undergrad AT program.
Make sure you have the following before you begin the application:
- Academic transcripts from your current or former schools.
- Contact info for your supervising athletic trainer, faculty member, or other references required for your scholarship category.
- Completed Personal Narrative form saved and ready to upload in the application. Access the Personal Narrative Form template.
