Attention SWATA Members!
The Executive Board is seeking nominations for the position of Member At Large to serve the Association on the SWATA Executive Board. The position will be part of the 2019 election process.
Member-At-Large :
Term & Limits: The Member-At-Large will be an elected member of the Executive Board with full voting responsibilities. Term of service will be two years with a maximum of two consecutive terms of service (four years). Election for the Member-At-Large will be every odd year
Qualifications:
Must be a member in good standing with the Association
The Member-At-Large must qualify in the demographic of a Young Professional (as defined by the NATA); individual must be no older than 32 at the time of being elected for a first term.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office
Must have NPI Number
Must complete SWATA Commitment to Serve Document
Other qualifications as determined by the Board.
Duties are as follows:
Serve as liaison to SWATA committees as assigned by the President.
Serve on Finance Committee
Other duties as assigned by the President
Nomination Process:
Nominating members should provide the contact email and phone number for the nominee. Nominations accepted until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 15, 2019. Nominees will be contacted after the closing of the nomination period with instructions for providing needed materials to be used during the election and on the official ballot.
